Country Experts contributed to the Report titled: JUSTICE DELAYED AND JUSTICE DENIED Non-implementation of European Courts Judgments and the Rule of Law, 2025 Edition.
The DRI consulted experts in the collection of data for the part of the study addressing non-implementation of the CJEU judgments. This publication was produced by Democracy Reporting International (DRI) and the European Implementation Network (EIN) as part of the re:constitution programme and a rule of law project,funded by Stiftung Mercator.
