Description

Within a core team, developing and piloting a formal mentoring scheme within the European Health Psychology Society’s (EHPS) for Early Career Researchers.

The EHPS Ari Haukkala mentoring programme aims to support early to mid-career researchers from alle over the world in furthering their careers by formally matching mentors and mentees through a developmental mentoring programme. The task and finish group takes responsibility for the development of all procedures, training, data management, promotion and formal evaluation of the programme.
