Presentation given at Tallinn University, Estonia 03.09.2010. The presentation gives an overview of the things we are developing in the Learning Networks program and how we want to move on to address Digital Ecosystems. It is the first outline of a new research cluster at CELSTEC. The Educational Technology Group at Tallinn has similar ambitions so it was worthwhile to align our research agendas and spot for synergies.
