Organiser of the panel "Clashing interests and fundamental rights".The panel on Clashing Interests and Fundamental Rights provides a birds-eye view on various areas of law that are subject to clashing interests. It does not aim at providing an exhaustive overview of all areas of law where fundamental rights give rise to a clashing of interests, but rather wishes to encourage discussion on the various ways in which such clashing interests can be conciliated. This panel seeks to bring together theoretical and practical (legal) points of view.
