    Initial-Workshop about “Micro-Blogging for Teaching and Learning” at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts on September 6, 2011.This 30 minutes workshop gave an overview on the micro-blogging service Twitter and focused on the usage for social learning, the creation of a personal learning network, a learning community, for communication, and sharing links and resources. A discussion about experiences, hopes and concerns closed this session. The participants were interested university members, researchers and teachers.
