    Description

    Martin van Dijk is a PhD candidate at CELSTEC since November 2010 under the supervision of Prof. Paul A. Kirschner and Dr. Renate de Groot. He investigates the association between physical activity and cognitive performance / academic achievement in adolescents. He measured physical activity levels in 441 secondary school students during one full week using an accelerometer. In this plenary, he will present the preliminarily results of this research which form the basis of his first publication.
