Presentation VERLICHT-project and Qualitative Network Approach - National Program Heerlen-Noord

VERLICHT is a monitoring project in Heerlen-North that tracks the interventions being used and how they are assumed to work. By establishing a solid monitoring system, we aim to learn exponentially over the coming years and decades about which combinations of interventions are effective. This will allow us to improve our approach and get closer to achieving our goals for Heerlen-North, ensuring equal opportunities for all. For questions that can be answered through existing scientific literature, we set up living systematic reviews to create an up-to-date database of scientific background. However, we still need to understand how it works in Heerlen-North, so I will conduct interviews, coding the data using the Qualitative Network Approach (QNA) within the Reproducible Open Coding Kit (ROCK). We are focused on behavior change and apply Intervention Mapping (IM), using Acyclic Behavior Change Diagrams (ABCD) to visually map and structure the causal relationships between determinants and behavior change, helping to design more targeted and effective interventions.

This presentation was a follow-up to earlier presentations, diving deeper into the coding process.
