Presentation about the VERLICHT monitoring project in Heerlen-Noord. Heerlen-Noord is a vulnerable district in the Netherlands that faces major challenges. Children growing up here have fewer opportunities for a good income, decent housing, and a healthy life. The National Program Heerlen-Noord aims to close this gap over the next 25 years, ringing together residents, businesses, and governments to create equal opportunities. We monitor these developments. That is the VERLICHT project.
