    Description

    The TENCompetence project addresses the problems of the demands of the knowledge society. By establishing an appropriate technical and organisational infrastrucutre using open source and standards-based technology, it will establish support networks in lifelong competence development throughout Europe. This presentation provides an overview of both the rationale of the project and the work undertaken during the first cycle of the project.
