Description

In this presentation, I conceptualize solidarity in the context of social rights under international human rights law. Later on, I sketch a few cases where human rights law narratives superficially and ineffectually refer to solidarity. I conclude suggesting the need for human rights law to explicitly link legal obligations with public services.
