Organisation profile
Within the Department of Work and Organisational Psychology, the research focuses, among other things, on learning at and from work, changes in organisations, and the influence of these factors on well-being at work (burnout, enthusiasm, motivation). Social psychological research focuses on psychosocial dimensions of human behavior, in relationships, groups, institutions and society as a whole. Much emphasis is placed on the mechanisms involved in group processes and social interactions, such as power or social comparison.
The Department of Work and Organisational Psychology formulates its research goals within the Research Line of Work and Organisational Psychology (part of UHC program).
