Layman's description
Research in this research line focuses on the individual learner and the underlying processes of online learning. To capture these processes, we utilise process-tracing techniques, such as eye-tracking, logging, verbal reports, sensors, etc. To derive and elaborate meaningful patterns from these processes and their impact on learning and assessment outcomes, we apply learning analytics, among other things.
