Research interests

My research focuses on social inequality and diversity, in the context of the work environment. As a social and organizational psychologist, I am interested in the process of how our perceptions of ourselves and others influence our behaviour. Questions that I want to answer are, for example, “How we can promote sustainable labor participation of people with a distance to the labor market?” and “How can organizations create an inclusive culture, in which employees, regardless of their background, feel that they belong and can be themselves at the same time?
