Research interests
Prof. dr. Jol Stoffers is professor and head of the Research Centre for Employability (Human Capital, HRM, Labor Market) at Zuyd University of Applied Sciences (School of Business Studies) in the Netherlands. Next to that, he is professor by special appointment in Employability at the Faculty of Management Sciences, Open University of the Netherlands. His research focuses on Employability and Innovative Work Behavior. Research results have been published in international peer-reviewed journals, including 'Sustainability' and 'The International Journal of Human Resource Management'; and have been presented at scientific conferences, including the 'Academy of Management' (USA).
