Research interests

My research interests revolve around the exchange of tacit, or personal, knowledge and social settings for learning, education and interpersonal exchange. I am particularly interested in contexts and practices of (vocational) education, in sociology/psychology of learning, and in the sharing of knowledge and experise, and I (have) mainly research(ed) this in either the context of teaching/professionals (e.g. professional development, team learning, learning organisations) and the context of people with a chronical condition or illness.
