Research interests
Dr. Montserrat Prats López is assistant professor at the Open University of the Netherlands, teaching in both the bachelor Information Science and the master Business Process Management and IT. Since 2023 she is academic director of the bachelor Information Science. Her research focus is Citizen Science. She studies the organization, development and implications of online citizen science/humanities projects, including the role of technology and the online engagement of volunteers.
