Layman's description
Advanced “individual sustainability competences” are required to cope with the complexity and uncertainty of sustainability issues. These rather general competences need to be translated into professional and disciplinary competences. Therefore, this project aims at elucidating how logistics education and business can incorporate competences related to sustainability, empowerment and resilience within the context of learning communities in logistics and supply chain management.
