Layman's description
The overal objective of SafePAT is to improve patient safety, by reducing risks associated with patient admission, transfer and discharge, through connecting and standardising best practices examples in the Europe. OUNL will be technical partner for the development of digital training material and mobile checklist that will be enriched with an analytic monitoring system.
