Teaching nowadays is more than a task and requires complex combinations of knowledge, skills, understandings, values and attitudes leading to effective practice. Supporting teachers’ professional learning for competence development is, therefore, not just a need but a must! The overall goal of the ELITe Strategic Partnership is to support teachers’ professional learning for competence development. The Strategic Partnership is formed by seven partners from seven European countries.
