Abstract
It is argued that there are at least nine valid reasons why you should never take an assessment. Assessments are merely done as a routine job and most of the time they are of no value to the individual candidate. Core question is: Does an assessment lead to new and unknown facts about the candidate? If not, the assessment is utterly useless and a means of pathological control and waste of money.
