    Abstract

In the context of the FP7 funded Handover project we developed a training toolbox to support trainers and group leaders to develop, design, and deliver trainings in handover. The toolbox offers static information created by the Handover project team and it empowers stakeholders in Europe to share knowledge and best practices on handovers. People can search for information, comment, annotate, rate available tools for effective handovers, add and promote own handover tools or background information, and discuss with others who are also interested in handover trainings. Moreover, everybody can become a member of the handover toolbox and create Special Interest Groups for any type of handover topic.
