Abstract
In this article two cases of cognitive-behavioural treatment are presented, of a woman with lifelong vaginismus and a man with hypoactive sexual desire, respectively. In addition, the phenomenology of these problem types are discussed. A treatment plan is then proposed, based on a theoretical model and a case conceptualisation. In conclusion, the course and the results of treatment are described.
