Abstract
Rapport over het internationaal rechtsvergelijkend onderzoek naar de zelfstandige strafbaarstelling van psychisch geweld en/of dwingende controle. Het bevat een beschrijving van voorwaarden voor aansprakelijkheid in de Deense, Engelse en Welshe, Ierse, Franse en Cypriotische strafbaarstellingen. Dit rapport is naar aanleiding van de motie van het Kamerlid Mutluer (GroenLinks-PvdA).
