Abstract

Specification of software quality characteristics, such as reliability and usability, is an important aspect of software development. However, of equal importance is the implementation of quality during the design and construction of the software. This paper links software quality specification to software quality implementation using a multi-criteria decision analysis technique. The approach is validated in a case-study, at the Royal navy in The Netherlands.
