Abstract
This booklet (in Dutch) provides a synthesis of more than 15 research projects on urban sustainability transitions in the areas of energy, climate adaptation and circularity. These projects were funded by the Dutch national research program SURF (Smart Urban Regions of the Future). From the synthesis, six key insights are derived for policy makers and practitioners on how to further urban sustainability transitions.
