Artificial intelligence today has the most important influence on digital technology and has the potential to dramatically change the public sector. The opportunities and capabilities that AI provides are enormous. This study examined the challenges associated with adopting AI-based technology in the public sector. The focus lies on the most important issues and challenges in AI adoption in the public sector as public organizations are being totally digitized.
