    Abstract

    The logistics sector is increasing the use of technologies to attain advantage of efficiency, cost reduction, optimization and many other factors. This has increased the use and implementation of Transport Management Systems (TMS). During the TMS implementation this system will be integrated to an ERP system. These kind of projects puts a lot of stress on the availability of the
    employees, the financial resources and the IT infrastructure. Therefore the success of such an integration has increased in relevance and importance. For this reason this study aimed to reveal the Critical Success Factors (CSFs) for a TMS integration to an ERP system.
